How a centre gets on this list
Every record needs at least two independent sources, and wherever a public registry or payer list exists for the category, one of the two must be that registry: Poland's NFZ programme B.147 list, the Swiss BAG/FOPH Spezialitätenliste, the Dutch ENC-NL centre criteria with the BIG practitioner register, regional Ärztekammer and KV listings or institutional registers in Germany. Records that fall to a single source are not flagged or downgraded, they are removed from the catalog until verification succeeds; registry-verified records are re-checked at least every 90 days. No provider pays to be listed. Full methodology.
What a Spravato centre is
Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) is EU-approved for treatment-resistant depression: no response to at least two antidepressants in the current moderate-to-severe episode. It is self-administered under direct medical supervision with a post-dose observation period, which is why treatment happens at certified or programme-contracted centres: hospitals, outpatient clinics and practices that can staff the observation requirement, usually within national reimbursement programmes. Country primers: Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland.
