Deliberately not included, even where a provider card shows them: phone, email, street address, coordinates, price and reimbursement notes, and source URLs. The dataset identifies who is verified to provide what, where: for contact details and full context, follow each record's url to its provider page.

How the records are verified

Every record rests on at least two independent sources, and wherever a public state registry or payer list covers the category, one of the two must be that registry: the NFZ programme B.147 list in Poland, the Swiss BAG/FOPH Spezialitätenliste, the Dutch ENC-NL centre criteria, the UK CQC register. Records that fall to a single source are removed from the catalog, not labelled; Registry-verified records are re-checked at least every 90 days. The verification_level field carries the tier per record. Full detail, registries per country and the dual-source rule: methodology.
