Boilerplate
PsyAccess (psyaccess.health) is a verified directory of licensed psychedelic and ketamine/esketamine medicine in Europe: who legally provides treatment, in which country, under which access route (public reimbursement, private care or clinical trial) and what it costs where prices are public. Every record is traced to official sources, most directly to a national registry, and re-verified on a fixed 90-day cycle. Records that cannot be verified are deleted, not published with a warning label. PsyAccess is operated by Pink Elephant, Unipessoal Lda (Lisbon) and is free for patients and providers alike.
A note on terms. We use “psychedelic medicine” as the field's umbrella term. Strictly, ketamine and esketamine are dissociative-class medicines rather than classic psychedelics (our explainer), and classic psychedelics are available in Europe only inside clinical trials, compassionate-use programmes and Switzerland's authorisation scheme. Trial participation is research under a study protocol, not a form of available clinical care. Every record in the directory states which regulatory framework it sits under, and these frameworks differ in both regulation and evidence.
Key facts
- 487 verified provider records across 27 European countries, in four segments: certified Spravato (esketamine) centres, ketamine & KAP clinics, clinical trial sites, and psychedelic-assisted therapy programmes.
- 483 records are registry-verified (L3): traced to an official state or professional register; the remaining 4 carry two independent public sources (L2). No lower tier exists, unverifiable records are deleted.
- 1.9% error rate in a blind QA sample of the catalogue; full 90-day re-verification cycle (next: October 2026).
- 4 named medical reviewers check the clinical content of our guides: profiles, review scope and dates at /editorial-policy/.
- Open data. The full public catalogue is published as an open dataset (CC BY 4.0, JSON + CSV) at /data/, free to cite with attribution.
- Four languages. The directory and guides run in English, German, Spanish and Polish, with French topic pages. Provider spoken languages are verified against each provider's own published wording: from Turkish, Arabic and Ukrainian to Polish and French sign language.
What we can do for journalists and researchers
Custom cuts of the dataset by country, treatment type or access route: same-day for simple requests. Fact-checking of access questions against our primary-source layer (every country fact on the site links to the regulator document it comes from). Comment and background from the medical reviewers listed below, arranged through us. And corrections: if you find a number on this site that contradicts another number on this site, that is a bug: tell us and it is fixed the same day.

What PsyAccess is not
We are an informational service, not a healthcare provider, and verification covers licensing and factual claims, never treatment quality or outcomes. We do not rank providers or name a “best” clinic. Listing is free and determined solely by source verification; inclusion is never for sale, and the planned business model is a flat-fee enhanced listing, never per-patient or per-lead fees, never paid placement. PsyAccess takes no pharmaceutical industry money. Coverage depth varies by country: it is strongest where public registries are strongest, and some countries have few listed providers because few licensed providers exist, we say so on the page rather than padding the list.
