It admits privately insured, Beihilfe-entitled and self-paying patients, and statutory (GKV) insured patients in certain cases via the cost-reimbursement route under § 13(2) SGB V, with a statutory copayment of 10 euros per hospital day (max. 28 days per calendar year), as stated on oberbergkliniken.de/kostenuebernahme.

The clinic's ketamine page states that a single ketamine infusion in Frankfurt costs on average €200 to €300, and that as an off-label treatment the costs are currently not covered by statutory health insurers, while some private insurers reimburse partially or fully (mainop.de/behandlungen/ketamin/).
