About PsyAccess

Verified directory of licensed psychedelic medicine providers in Europe. We exist to answer one question honestly: where can a patient in Europe legally access regulated psychedelic and esketamine treatment, and can that listing be trusted?

Who is behind PsyAccess

PsyAccess is built and operated by Pink Elephant (Pink Elephant, Unipessoal Lda, Lisbon), a group working on the infrastructure of safe, legal psychedelic medicine in Europe: honest media about the field, professional standards, education, and access. This directory is the access piece. We state the affiliation openly on every page, because you should always know who runs a health-information site; legal details are on the imprint.

PsyAccess exists because of a gap that work kept running into. There are people whom traditional treatments have not helped, and for them access to verified psychedelic medicine within the legal field is confusing and fragmented: marketing instead of facts, listings nobody has checked, and no reliable answer to the question of where treatment is actually legal and which provider can be trusted. So we built the missing piece: a directory where every record is traced to official sources, with honest guides around it. Verification standards and registry monitoring are operated in-house by the Pink Elephant team.

Medical reviewers

The people accountable for what you read here are named, credentialed and independent. Clinical content is checked by our medical reviewers: practising clinicians and scientists with no stake in any provider we list. Medical review covers our editorial content (guides); the catalogue is verified against official registers, records are not individually clinician-reviewed.

What each reviewer signed off on, and how the review process works, is documented in our editorial policy. They are reviewers, not operators: the directory is run by the Pink Elephant team (who is behind PsyAccess).

What this directory is

PsyAccess is an independent, informational directory. We collect providers of regulated psychedelic medicine from official sources, national payer lists, healthcare-entity registers and public trial registries, and publish each record with its registry entry, a link to the primary source and a visible last verified date. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not deliver treatment, and we do not give medical advice. Each record states which regulatory framework it sits under: authorised esketamine, off-label ketamine practice, clinical trials (research under a protocol, not routine care) and Switzerland's authorisation programme are different frameworks with different evidence, and we label them rather than blur them.

The verification mission

Most listings in this field are marketing. Ours are registry checks: we never rely on a provider's own website alone, every record names the registry it was checked against, and a record we cannot confirm through at least two independent sources is removed: one source is never enough to be listed. Records are re-verified on a rolling cadence, and listing is free: inclusion is determined solely by source verification, not by payment. How we are funded

Today, everything on PsyAccess is free: for patients and for providers alike, with no ads, no affiliate links and no commissions. The project is privately funded by its publisher, Pink Elephant, Unipessoal Lda.

How we plan to earn, when we do: three kinds of paid services, none of which touch visibility. Practical tools for providers (enquiry intake, demand analytics); patient-recruitment services to clinical trial sponsors, only under agreements approved by the trial's ethics committee; and licensing of aggregated, de-identified access statistics. What we will never sell: a place in the catalog, a position, a highlight or a badge. Inclusion is free and determined solely by source verification; there is no ranking to buy because there is no ranking. Medical content is never funded by pharmaceutical companies. If any of this ever changes, we will say so on this page before we take the first euro.

Will this resource stay alive?

A fair question for anyone deciding whether to link to us: health directories tend to be built once and left to decay. PsyAccess is built around recurring cycles rather than one-off research:

• 90-day re-verification. Registry-verified records are re-checked at least every 90 days, and sooner whenever a national payer publishes an updated centre list.
• Monthly access updates. Regulatory and access changes across Europe are logged month by month, each with a date and a primary source, in the access-updates tracker.
• Dated facts. Every provider record shows when it was last verified; every guide carries a last-updated date; price and waiting-time notes carry their own dates.
• No dead ends. A record that fails re-verification is removed, and its URL redirects to the country page rather than becoming a broken link.

The editorial team

Guides and country explainers are written by the PsyAccess editorial team and fact-checked against primary regulatory sources, which are cited in each guide's Sources section. Clinical content is reviewed by the medical reviewers named above; a page names a reviewer only after that review has actually been completed, never borrowing a reviewer's name. How content is produced: including where AI tools assist and where humans decide: is documented in our editorial policy. Corrections are welcome: see the contact section below.

PsyAccess is run by a small team. We read everything; corrections to provider records are reviewed within 5 working days.

For journalists and researchers

The full provider catalog is published as an open dataset (CC BY 4.0, JSON + CSV, public fields only) at psyaccess.health/data/: free to cite with attribution; we can break the numbers down by country, type or treatment on request.

Report a correction

If a listing shows a wrong price, a stale reimbursement note, an outdated registry entry or a provider that no longer operates, tell us which record (the provider page URL or ID) and what is wrong. Where possible, include a link to a primary source, a registry entry, payer list or official announcement. Our verification methodology explains how corrections are checked before a record is updated: every change must be traceable to an official source, and the record's "last verified" date is refreshed when it is.

Providers: claim or correct your listing

If you operate a listed clinic, program or trial site, you can claim your listing and submit corrections: updated treatments, pricing, contact details or registry references. Claims are verified against the registry entry named on your record (we may ask you to confirm control of the listed website or registry contact). Inclusion and verification status are never for sale: listing is free and determined solely by source verification against official registries and records.

Not a medical contact point

We cannot answer clinical questions, recommend a treatment or assess anyone's suitability for care. For treatment questions, contact a listed provider directly or speak with your treating clinician. If you are in crisis, contact the emergency or crisis-support service in your location.

What we are not

We are an informational service, not a medical one. Listings and eligibility self-assessments do not replace a consultation with a qualified clinician, and the formal eligibility decision always happens with the treating provider. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
