Legalni od 1. ledna 2026; pocitame tydny od ucinnosti zakona a pocet mist, kde lze lecbu skutecne objednat. / On 1 January 2026 Czechia became the first EU country with a full legal framework for medical psilocybin ('psychomodulatory substances'). This tracker counts the weeks since the law took effect and the number of sites where a patient can actually book treatment. The gap between the two numbers is the story: a legal framework is not the same as available care.
