What ketamine and esketamine treatment actually costs in Europe: published provider prices

33 published price points from 14 providers in 7 countries, each transcribed from the provider's own published pricing, no estimates. The transparency index behind it: only 14 of the 39 private ketamine and KAP clinics in our catalog publish any price at all

Private ketamine and esketamine prices in Europe are quoted everywhere and sourced almost nowhere. This dataset takes the opposite approach: it contains only prices that providers themselves publish, transcribed as stated, in the original currency, with each row linking to the provider's page where the source is cited. The headline story is the spread: the same IV infusion runs from about EUR 200 in Germany to GBP 595 in London, before any package or psychotherapy component. Where a provider publishes no price, it has no row; absence here means unpublished, not unavailable.

Row-level CSV is open: every figure is already published by the provider itself; our contribution is transcription, sourcing and structure.

Methodology

• A row exists only where a provider publishes a price; every figure is transcribed as stated, in the original currency, with no conversion, averaging or estimation.
• Each row's source is the provider's own published price information, cited with URL and last-verified date on that provider's PsyAccess page (linked via the CSV's slug column).
• Services are labelled by what the provider sells (IV session, KAP course, assessment, esketamine private session, rTMS session); units distinguish per-session, one-off and whole-course prices, which must never be compared directly.
• The curated country table comes from our European Price Index (cost_index), which also records documented public funding routes; reimbursed care (e.g. Poland's B.147, esketamine within labels) is deliberately outside this private-price dataset.
• The transparency index counts every private ketamine and KAP clinic in our catalog and asks one question: does the provider publish any price? Non-publication is itself a documented fact for each record.
• Country medians cover session-type services only (IV/IM/KAT session), in native currency, never converted or pooled across currencies; with small n they describe our verified sample, not the whole market, and the n is printed next to every figure.
• Prices change; the last-verified date on each provider page governs. If you operate a listed service and your pricing changed, tell us and we correct it the day it is confirmed.
