PZM Psychiatriezentrum Muensingen AG, at Hunzigenallee 1 in Muensingen near Bern, is an open competence centre with a psychotherapeutic orientation and clinical focuses on affective disorders, psychotic illness, addiction and geriatric psychiatry. Does PZM publish an esketamine offer?

No esketamine service page is published on pzmag.ch. PZM appears on the official BAG list of designated Spravato centres, so contact the centre (+41 31 720 81 11, info@pzmag.ch) to ask about esketamine eligibility, the insurer pre-approval (Kostengutsprache) and where treatment takes place.

What are the Swiss reimbursement conditions?

OKP covers Spravato only at BAG-designated centres for adults 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression: at least two adequate antidepressant trials plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response, CGI-S of 5 or higher, prior insurer approval, and a maximum treatment duration of 10 months.
