The Hôpital de Moutier, founded in 1870, is a regional hospital in the Bernese Jura and part of the Réseau de l'Arc (Swiss Medical Network), which serves around 80,000 inhabitants of the Jura Arc. It hosts the network's mental health hub (Pôle santé mentale), covering adult general psychiatry with inpatient units, day clinics and outpatient psychiatric consultations, as well as old-age psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, addiction medicine, liaison psychiatry and psychiatric emergency services. A dedicated mental-health reception handles enquiries seven days a week.

Access runs through a psychiatrist. Your treating psychiatrist assesses whether you meet the Swiss criteria for treatment-resistant depression and arranges the referral to the mental health hub.
