4 Wojskowy Szpital Kliniczny z Polikliniką is a military teaching hospital in Wrocław (ul. Rudolfa Weigla 5) open to soldiers and civilians. Who is eligible for program B.147?

Adults aged 18-75 with moderate-to-severe depression that has not responded to at least two different antidepressants; the program physicians confirm eligibility against the full NFZ criteria.

What is covered?

The whole course is NFZ-funded for insured patients: supervised esketamine nasal spray sessions at the center, combined with a prescribed oral antidepressant, for up to 34 weeks.
