4 Wojskowy Szpital Kliniczny z Polikliniką is a military teaching hospital in Wrocław (ul. Rudolfa Weigla 5) open to soldiers and civilians. Per NFZ data it runs program B.147 — fully funded esketamine (Spravato) for treatment-resistant depression — with no queue reported as of June 2026, via its Clinical Ward of Psychiatry and Combat Stress Treatment. Per its own site, the 28-bed ward treats the full range of mental disorders — particularly depressive disorders — with psychotherapy, music therapy and modern pharmacotherapy, and follow-up in the hospital's Mental Health Clinic.

Can civilians join the esketamine program here?

Yes — the ward treats both military personnel and civilians. Contact the secretariat at +48 261 660 723 (weekdays 7:30-15:05, psychiatria@4wsk.pl); qualification under NFZ program B.147 requires a referral and assessment by the center's psychiatrists.

Who is eligible for program B.147?

Adults aged 18-75 with moderate-to-severe depression that has not responded to at least two different antidepressants; the program physicians confirm eligibility against the full NFZ criteria.

What is covered?

The whole course is NFZ-funded for insured patients: supervised esketamine nasal spray sessions at the center, combined with a prescribed oral antidepressant, for up to 34 weeks.
