As part of Psychiatrie St.Gallen, a BAG-designated centre, OKP reimbursement of esketamine requires: age 18-74, treatment-resistant depression after at least two adequate antidepressants plus one augmentation attempt, CGI-S of 5 or higher, prior insurer approval (Kostengutsprache), and a maximum of 10 months of treatment.
