Klinik St.Pirminsberg in Pfaefers (Klosterweg 1), set in a former monastery above Bad Ragaz, is the southern clinic campus of Psychiatrie St.Gallen. It provides inpatient treatment on ten wards, a day clinic (transitional treatment) and outpatient consultations. Depression, old-age depression, trauma-related disorders and suicidality are among the diagnoses treated on site, with psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, light therapy and a broad set of complementary and body-oriented therapies listed among the site's treatments.

Registrations are taken by the Anmeldung und Information desk on +41 58 178 66 66, online via the Psychiatrie St.Gallen registration form, or in writing. You may self-refer or be referred by your treating physician, an authority or another institution.
Does the Limitatio for Spravato apply here?
Yes. As part of Psychiatrie St.Gallen, a BAG-designated centre, OKP reimbursement of esketamine requires: age 18-74, treatment-resistant depression after at least two adequate antidepressants plus one augmentation attempt, CGI-S of 5 or higher, prior insurer approval (Kostengutsprache), and a maximum of 10 months of treatment.
