The Wil site at Zuercherstrasse 30 is one of the two main campuses of Psychiatrie St.Gallen, the cantonal provider formed in 2023 from the merger of Psychiatrie St.Gallen Nord and Psychiatrie-Dienste Sued; the organisation's medical leadership is also based in Wil. The campus hosts an inpatient psychiatric clinic, an adult outpatient clinic and inpatient crisis intervention, and it is one of the two central registration and information points (Wil and Pfaefers) for the whole organisation.

Under the Swiss Limitatio, esketamine nasal spray is covered only at BAG-designated centres for adults 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression - at least two adequate antidepressant trials plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response and CGI-S of 5 or higher - with prior insurer approval (Kostengutsprache) and up to 10 months of treatment.
