Psychiatrische Dienste Graubuenden (PDGR) provide adult psychiatric care across the canton of Graubuenden, with the inpatient Klinik Waldhaus at Loestrasse 220 in Chur (107 beds, 24-hour emergency admission) as the main clinical site, plus outpatient services and a psychotherapeutic day clinic in Chur. Interprofessional teams treat depression, anxiety and panic, eating disorders, addiction, personality disorders, schizophrenia and psychological crises. PDGR's public pages do not describe an esketamine programme; ask the clinic directly about eligibility under the Swiss route.

Does PDGR advertise esketamine treatment?

PDGR's public pages describe inpatient, outpatient and day-clinic depression care but do not publish an esketamine service page. PDGR is on the official BAG list of designated Spravato centres, so contact the clinic (+41 58 225 25 25) to ask about esketamine eligibility and the required insurer pre-approval.

What are the Swiss conditions for reimbursed Spravato?

OKP reimbursement is limited to BAG-designated centres and to adults 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression: at least two adequate antidepressant trials plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response, CGI-S of 5 or higher, prior insurer approval (Kostengutsprache), and a maximum of 10 months of treatment.
