You need a valid referral from a psychiatrist. Patients with a referral report to the Psychiatric Clinics admissions unit (Izba Przyjęć Klinik Psychiatrii) at ul. Głuska 1, where the duty physician decides on qualification. B.147 criteria apply: age 18-75, treatment-resistant depression after at least two adequate antidepressant trials.
