Common questions
Do I need a referral?
Yes, Sanctuary Kliniek always needs a referral letter for specialist GGZ, including for child and youth GGZ. Referrers can send it via Zorgdomein or by fax. After a first screening of the referral letter, the clinic contacts you to plan an intake appointment.
Can I get the esketamine nasal spray treatment here?
Since 1 January 2026 Sanctuary Kliniek offers Spravato/esketamine nasal spray treatments. For now these can only be offered to patients insured with ONVZ, ASR, DSW, Caresq and Salland. You can ask your practitioner whether you qualify; if you are not yet a patient you can email the clinic.
How does treatment start after intake?
After the intake appointment, additional diagnostic assessment is planned if needed. A treatment plan is then drawn up together with you, after which treatment can begin. At the end of treatment the clinic reports back to your referrer or general practitioner.
Which insurers does the clinic have contracts with?
For 2026 Sanctuary Kliniek has contracts with all health insurers except CZ/OHRA/Nationale Nederlanden. The clinic notes revenue ceilings apply, which can limit space for new registrations.
