Who qualifies for reimbursed Spravato treatment?

Adults aged 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression: at least two antidepressants with different mechanisms plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response, and confirmed severity. Referral runs through your treating psychiatrist, and coverage is limited to a maximum of 10 months.
