The PAT Price Index: psilocybin and MDMA therapy (2026)
The wildest price spread in the field — and almost none of it is published. This table is small because it is honest: it contains only what legal medical programmes actually publish.
| Programme | Published prices | Status | Last verified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Switzerland: limited medical use (psilocybin, LSD, MDMA) # | few publish, none of the 101 SÄPT-listed PAT practitioners in our directory publishes a programme price list | being verified | |
| Germany: psilocybin compassionate use (Härtefallprogramm) # | the drug is provided free of charge by law; surrounding inpatient or day-clinic care is billed as normal hospital treatment (a Berlin day-clinic programme runs ~€15,000 for 6 weeks, often covered by private insurance) | verified | |
| Czechia: medical psilocybin framework # | no prices exist yet, the law took effect 01/2026, treatment had not started as of spring 2026 and no funding route is defined | being verified |
Two honest footnotes. First: of the 101 SÄPT-listed PAT practitioners in our Swiss PAT catalog, none publishes a programme price list — treatment is usually self-paid across preparation, supervised dosing and integration sessions; ask for a written total. Second: legal truffle retreats in the Netherlands are deliberately absent — wellness offerings, not medical treatment. For what is legally available where, see the Europe map.
