Psychiatric care in the canton of Glarus, listed by the BAG under Kantonsspital Glarus, is provided since 1 July 2025 by the newly founded Psychiatrische Dienste Glarus (pdgl) at Burgstrasse 99 in Glarus, on the cantonal hospital campus. pdgl describes itself as the canton's integrated psychiatric basic-care provider, offering outpatient, day-clinic and inpatient treatment for adults plus child and adolescent services.
