The "Dziekanka" Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill in Gniezno (Wojewódzki Szpital dla Nerwowo i Psychicznie Chorych "Dziekanka" im. Aleksandra Piotrowskiego), founded in 1890, is one of Poland's largest psychiatric hospitals.
