How do I enroll in the esketamine program at USK Wrocław?

Register with the clinic's Mental Health Clinic at +48 71 784 16 10 or the qualification office at +48 71 784 16 17 (qualifications Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00-12:00). A referral is required; the clinic's psychiatrists confirm eligibility under NFZ program B.147 (adults 18-75, at least two failed antidepressants).

Can I come without an appointment?

No — the Klinika Psychiatrii has no emergency admission room and works on planned admissions only; urgent psychiatric cases in Wrocław are directed to the Dolnośląskie Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego at Wybrzeże J.C. Korzeniowskiego 18.

What does the program cover?

Supervised esketamine nasal spray sessions at the center, together with a prescribed oral antidepressant, for up to 34 weeks — fully funded by the NFZ for insured patients.
