Klinikum Nürnberg is one of Europe's largest municipal hospitals and a teaching hospital of Paracelsus Medical University. Its Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at Campus Nord publishes a referrer newsletter on its own domain that sets out a formal Spravato pathway: intranasal esketamine delivered in a day-clinic or inpatient setting over three to six weeks, followed where successful by outpatient maintenance for up to six months through the hospital's psychiatric institute outpatient clinic (PIA).
