The Hôpital de Saint-Imier is one of the two hospital sites of the Réseau de l'Arc (Swiss Medical Network) in the Bernese Jura, together with the Hôpital de Moutier. Its mental health hub (Pôle santé mentale) describes itself as a place of care open to anyone needing psychiatric treatment regardless of their psychological state or social situation, with six inpatient units to which patients are assigned according to their condition, complemented by the network's day clinics and outpatient psychiatric centres across the region.
