What are the Swiss reimbursement conditions?

OKP covers Spravato only at BAG-designated centres for adults 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression: at least two adequate antidepressant trials plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response, CGI-S of 5 or higher, prior insurer approval, and a maximum treatment duration of 10 months.
