Is Spravato (esketamine) covered by insurance at Psychiatrie Baselland?

PBL is on the BAG list of designated Spravato centres. Under the Swiss Limitatio, basic insurance (OKP) reimburses esketamine nasal spray for adults aged 18-74 with treatment-resistant depression - at least two adequate antidepressant trials plus one augmentation attempt without sufficient response and illness severity of CGI-S 5 or higher - subject to prior insurer approval (Kostengutsprache) and a maximum of 10 months of treatment.

Does PBL publish details of its esketamine programme?
