Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego w Slupsku is a public mental health centre owned by the Pomeranian regional government. Yes — enrollment in the NFZ drug programme B.147 goes through a psychiatrist's referral, and the centre's team then confirms the programme criteria: adults aged 18-75 with treatment-resistant depression after at least two adequately used antidepressants in the current episode. General adult mental health care at the centre's registration point is available without a referral.

No. Programme B.147 is fully NFZ-funded — the esketamine, supervised administration and monitoring at the centre are covered, for a maximum of 34 weeks.
