How do I enroll in the Spravato program at Szpital Nowowiejski?

Book a qualification visit by phone (22 11 65 331 or 22 11 65 365). Bring a certificate from your treating doctor confirming recurrent depression (F33.1/F33.2), a current episode of at least 6 months, failure of at least two antidepressants, and copies of your psychiatric treatment records.

What can exclude me from the program?

Per the hospital's published criteria: more than 5 antidepressants in the current episode, borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder, history of substance dependence, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and clinical states the qualifying psychiatrist deems incompatible with therapy.

Is esketamine taken alone?

No. In program B.147 Spravato is always given in combination with an SSRI or SNRI antidepressant, which the patient continues to take at home.
